Mumbai: Ranbir Kapoor, Yash and Sai Pallavi’s upcoming film Ramayana Part One is seeing strong demand before its cinema release. Advance bookings have reached around ₹8.72 crore, with nearly two lakh tickets sold, according to the figures reported on October 25, 2026.
The film is scheduled to release worldwide on November 5, 2026. Some cinema shows have already sold all their tickets, even though the release is still days away.
IMAX Shows Lead Ticket Sales
IMAX screenings are drawing strong interest from moviegoers. Although they make up only a small share of the available shows, they have brought in nearly a quarter of the advance booking earnings so far.
The reported average ticket price for IMAX shows is around ₹1,095, compared with about ₹380 for regular shows. IMAX screenings have also sold far more tickets per show than standard screenings.
Hindi Version Leads Bookings
The Hindi version accounts for most of the advance bookings. The Kannada version is also gaining interest, while Telugu shows have started opening at a smaller number of cinemas.
More shows in other languages may become available closer to the release date.
