A real estate company in Dubai has rewarded one of its top employees with an expensive luxury car. Richkey Properties gifted a Lamborghini Urus to Natalia Chavez after she achieved impressive sales results.
According to the report, Chavez helped close property deals worth more than $500 million over the past two years. The company shared a video of the surprise on Instagram, attracting attention from social media users.
A Surprise She Did Not Expect
The special moment took place during Richkey Properties’ third anniversary celebration. The company’s CEO, Fahmi Awad, invited Chavez onto the stage and presented her with an award for her performance.
But the celebration was not over. As she was about to leave, the CEO called her back and revealed that a bigger surprise was waiting for her. Chavez was then taken to see her new Lamborghini Urus, decorated with a large ribbon.
She received the recognition after being named the company’s Top Performer of 2026.
Lamborghini Urus Comes with a Huge Price Tag
The Lamborghini Urus is a high-end SUV known for its powerful performance and luxury features. As reported, its price in Dubai can range from around AED 900,000 to AED 1.55 million, depending on the model and specifications. This is approximately ₹2.3 crore to ₹4 crore.
The car was presented as a reward for Chavez’s strong results and contribution to the company.

Chavez has spoken about her efforts to help customers invest in Dubai’s property market. Her achievement highlights how businesses may use special rewards to recognise employees who deliver strong results.
